Athletes will have twelve (12) minutes to complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible of the above movements.
On an 8:00 Clock for Load
1 Clean + 1 Jerk + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk
Athletes will have eight (8) minutes to complete the complex at their heaviest load. All four movements must be completed consecutively and without dropping the bar. There are no limits to the number of attempts.

6 Burpees Over the Bar
- RX Divison: Men 50kg | Women 35kg
- Fitness Division: Men 43kg | Women 25kg
Athletes will complete six (6) rounds of the above movements for time. The workout will be capped at twelve minutes (12:00). If athletes are not finished within the twelve-minute time cap, their score will be total repetitions completed.
