When you sign up for a Skill Session with us, you’re signing up for focused attention specifically tailored to your fitness needs. Your coach will provide you with 45 minutes of undivided attention and will provide you with homework that will help you progress toward your goals.

OPEN GYM PUNCH CARD: Available for periodic use of Open Gym.
PRIVATE TRAINING (PT) SESSIONS give you 1-on-1 time with a coach, and are by appointment only. 2-person PT Sessions are also available at a different rate - see front desk for details.
